Key Responsibilities:

1 Financial Planning & Strategy

• Develop, monitor, and maintain annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Conduct revenue, cost, and profitability analysis to support management decisions.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate financial risks and opportunities.
• Recommend cost-saving and profitability improvement initiatives.
  

2 Financial Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Prepare MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and variance reports.
• Track KPIs and performance indicators across departments.
• Consolidate data for management decision-making and identify deviations or trends.
  

3 Investment Management & Portfolio Analysis

• Manage company investment portfolio (FDs, mutual funds, bonds, etc.).
• Conduct ROI analysis, asset allocation, and risk-return assessment.
• Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for fund management.
• Build investment dashboards and performance tracking systems.
  

4 Treasury & Cash Flow Management

• Oversee fund flow, working capital, and day-to-day treasury operations.
• Optimize cash reserves, inflows/outflows, and short-term investments.
• Track interest income, dividend receipts, and reinvestments.
  

5 Data Analytics, Systems & Automation

• Automate financial dashboards using

  Advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau

  .
• Maintain ERP data integrity (SAP / Oracle / Tally).
• Use analytics for forecasting, variance prediction, and investment monitoring.
  

6 Compliance, Audit & Governance

• Ensure compliance with

  accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements

  .
• Support internal/statutory audits and maintain accurate documentation.
• Adhere to corporate governance and confidentiality norms.
  

Required Technical Skills:

• Financial modeling and forecasting (Excel, Power BI).
• Investment analysis and portfolio monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, instruments, and ROI evaluation.
• MIS reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• ERP knowledge: SAP / Oracle / Tally / Zoho Books.

Qualification & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA Qualified) Mandatory.

• Preferred background: Manufacturing, Chemical, Engineering, or Corporate Finance industries.
