Salary Budget: 3-5 lac / CTC

Location - Andheri (Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Generate leads, identify new clients, and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing to recommend strategic
  • initiatives.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Technical Support & Consultation
  • Provide guidance on anodizing chemicals, process parameters, and best practices.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting anodizing process issues.
  • Conduct product trials, demonstrations, and operator training at client sites.
  • Collaborate with R&D and production teams to develop customized solutions for client
  • requirements.

Field Work & Customer Interaction

  • Regular visits to customer plants, workshops, and anodizing facilities.
  • Observe and analyze on-site anodizing operations to identify process improvements.
  • Train client operators on proper chemical handling, safety protocols, and process
  • optimization.
  • Gather feedback on competitor products, process challenges, and new opportunities.
  • Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain sales records, client communication logs, and technical reports.
  • Ensure compliance with chemical handling, storage, and transport regulations.
  • Prepare technical datasheets, MSDS, and other regulatory documentation as required.
  • Coordination & Reporting
  • Work with production, dispatch, quality, and R&D teams to ensure timely product
  • delivery and support.
  • Provide regular field visit and sales performance reports to management.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives with technical insights for brochures, presentations,
  • and training sessions.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of anodizing processes, surface treatment, and metal finishing

chemistry.

  • Ability to provide technical consultancy and solve process-related issues.
  • Proven sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM and basic ERP systems for sales tracking.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or

related field.

  • Experience: 2 - 5 years in sales and technical support in anodizing chemicals or surface

treatment chemicals.

  • Certifications (optional): Training or certification in anodizing, metal finishing, or

chemical safety (NEBOSH, OSHA).

Work Conditions / Field Work

  • Field-Based Role: Frequent travel to client sites, anodizing plants, and workshops.
  • Observe actual production processes and provide hands-on technical support.
  • Conduct product trials and operator training on-site.
  • Exposure to chemicals in industrial environments; mandatory use of PPE.
  • Flexible work hours to align with client schedules and project deadlines.
