Job Description:- 1.      Training & Development ·      Team Training & Performance Evaluation using our proprietary Training material & Tools. ·      Performance Evaluation, Grading, Regular assessment, tracking output of team & improving performance. Identify skill gaps through performance reviews and feedback sessions. Design and implement internal/external training programs for employees and managers. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development. 2.      Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the complete recruitment cycle — from understanding manpower requirements, creating job descriptions, posting jobs, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and finalizing offers. Build a strong employer brand to attract high-quality talent through social media, job portals, and professional networks. Maintain a candidate database and establish relationships with placement agencies and consultants. 3.      Onboarding & Induction Design and conduct structured onboarding and induction programs for new hires. Ensure all joining formalities, documentation, and background verifications are completed accurately and on time. Support new employees in adapting to the company culture and values.   4.      Performance Management Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs in coordination with management. Guide team leaders in conducting fair and consistent evaluations. Identify training and development needs to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.   •             Payment collection ·                    Regular assessment, tracking output of team & improving performance. . Qualification: Minimum Graduate with Good People. Experience& Knowledge: •             3 to 5 Years in relevant experience in training & Performance •             Basic Computer knowledge - Excel, word, power-point, emails.
