The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations and driving strategic people management initiatives. The role requires expertise in key HR functions, including:
- Talent Acquisition (TA) – Strategic workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Talent Management (TM) & Development – Career progression frameworks, leadership development, training programs.
- Succession Planning – Identifying and grooming future leaders within the organization.
- Budgeting & People Planning – Workforce cost planning and headcount strategy.
- Reward & Recognition – Designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management (PMS) – Driving effective performance appraisal systems.
- Compensation & Benefits – Salary structuring, benchmarking, and incentive programs.
- Compliance & Labor Law Management – Ensuring legal and statutory adherence.
- Union Handling – Extensive experience in industrial relations, having independently executed Long-Term Settlements (LTS).
- HR Operations & Policy Implementation – Streamlining processes for better efficiency.
- HR Systems & Process Automation – Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRMS tools.
