Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive human resource strategies to drive business growth.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in the Management Consulting industry.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Experience with HR software and systems is desirable.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
