Job Description

Recruitment & Staffing:Manage end-to-end recruitment process across departments (sales, marketing, engineering, legal, etc.). Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop job descriptions. Liaise with recruitment agencies and online job portals to attract top talent. Employee Relations & Engagement:Maintain a positive work environment by handling employee grievances and fostering open communication. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention. Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition data. HR Policies & Compliance:Draft, update, and ensure implementation of HR policies in compliance with Indian labor laws. Maintain accurate HR records and employee files. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, etc.). Training & Development:Identify training needs across the organization and coordinate training programs for skill development. Monitor and evaluate training outcomes to ensure effectiveness. Performance Management:Administer the performance appraisal process and work with managers to address performance issues. Help set clear KPIs for various teams, especially in sales and project execution. Payroll & Compensation:Oversee payroll processing in coordination with the finance team. Support compensation and benefits planning in alignment with industry benchmarks. HR Technology:Implement and manage HR software (HRMS) for better data management and automation. Key Skills:Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in India Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strategic thinking and leadership abilities Experience in real estate or construction industry preferred Familiarity with HRMS tools and MS Office
