  • Implement global HR initiatives while localizing them to fit the Mumbai context.

4. Office Management (Mumbai)

  • Coordinate with vendors, IT, and facilities teams to ensure smooth daily operations in the Mumbai office.
  • Foster a safe, compliant, and inclusive workplace.

5. Global HR Support

  • Provide administrative and strategic HR support for cross-border teams as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a tech, fintech, or fast-growth global company.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian employment laws and statutory compliance.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across geographies.
  • Prior experience handling multi-country HR functions is a plus.
