Job Title: HR Manager

Experience Required: 7–12 Years
Employment Type: Full-time / On-site / Hybrid

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategies, ensuring smooth HR operations, and promoting a productive, compliant, and people-focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee full recruitment cycle including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Handle employee relations, conflict management, and grievance redressal.
  • Manage performance appraisal system, KPIs, and employee development plans.
  • Ensure strong induction, training & development initiatives.
  • Oversee payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance system.
  • Drive employee engagement, reward & recognition programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR audit requirements.
  • Conduct exit interviews, manage full-and-final settlements, and maintain retention strategies.
  • Support management in organizational changes and cultural building.
  • Maintain HR reporting, dashboards, and MIS for leadership review.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of HR policies, statutory compliances, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS, and HR documentation.
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Team-handling capability and ability to work under deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in HR (preferred).
  • Minimum 7+ years of proven experience in HR roles, including team/lead responsibilities.
