Job Description

Experience - 4+ yrs.

Job Location: Madurai

Salary: Rs. 25,000/-

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives for both companies.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives, ensuring staffing needs are met efficiently.
Handle employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
Monitor and maintain employee attendance records, manage leave applications, and ensure accurate data for payroll processing.
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Design and deliver training and development programs to upskill employees.
Maintain HR records, policies, and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Lead performance management, including appraisals, feedback, and improvement plans.
Advise management on HR best practices, organizational development, and workforce planning.
Support change management and drive initiatives for diversity and inclusion.
Prepare HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience with HRIS and MS Office Suite.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
