Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a full-time on-site HR Manager based in Rewari, responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations. Your duties will include overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Collaborating with management for strategic initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding - Knowledge of all HR compliance and Documents as per IATF - Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management - Proficient in Training and Development, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development - Thorough understanding of HR Policies and Procedures, Labor Laws, and Compliance - Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational Skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently - Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus,
