Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a full-time on-site HR Manager at Sanjay Electricals located in Rewari. Your main responsibilities will include managing day-to-day HR operations such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labor laws, and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Additionally, you will collaborate with management to drive strategic initiatives and cultivate a positive workplace environment.
