The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR compliance activities while ensuring a smooth and professional employee experience. Key Responsibilities Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records and documentation as per company policies and legal requirements. Support in organizing training sessions, employee events, and performance review cycles. Manage Saneforce reporting and ensure timely and accurate data entry and analysis Coordinate attendance tracking, leave management, and employee queries. Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures. Assist with internal communications, policy updates, and compliance documentation.
