JOB DESCRIPTION – HR Manager
Role Overview:
Manage end-to-end HR operations, Zoho Books & payroll, employee monitoring, onboarding & offboarding, sales target management, meeting coordination, accounts support, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
•Target & Sales Analysis – set targets for MRs/managers and track daily/monthly performance.
Required Skills:
Zoho Books/Zoho People, payroll handling, Excel/Sheets, sales analysis, communication skills, coordination and documentation abilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or MBA HR preferred
2+ years HR/Admin experience
Desired: candidates with accounts experience
Salary: Negotiable
