HR Manager

Key Responsibilities1. Designing & Creative WorkCreate graphics, banners, presentations, and promotional content using Canva. Assist in preparing PPTs and visual materials for meetings, social media, and marketing. 2. Recruitment & HR SupportHandle end-to-end hiring process: posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordination. Maintain recruitment records and follow-up with candidates. 3. Documentation & OperationsPerform computer typing with accuracy and speed. Prepare reports, letters, proposals, presentations, and office documents. Manage MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 4. IT & Technical UnderstandingBasic knowledge of software company operations and technical terminology. Ability to operate computers, CRM tools, project management tools, and software dashboards. Use ChatGPT and other AI tools efficiently for content, support, and office automation. 5. Finance & AdministrationManage invoice creation, record maintenance, and tracking. Maintain payment schedules, reminders, and follow-ups with clients. Assist in administrative tasks and day-to-day office coordination. 6. Communication & Customer HandlingStrong bold and attractive communication skills (verbal & written). Handle client queries via phone, email, and chat support. Professional and confident interaction with clients and team members. 7. Social Media ManagementManage social media accounts: LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. Create posts, coordinate content, reply to messages, and maintain brand presence. Required SkillsProficiency in Canva and graphic designing. Strong MS Office skills. Good command over computer operations and typing. Basic understanding of software & IT industry processes. Social media handling experience. Good communication, confident voice, and presentation skills. Ability to multitask, organize, and work independently. Knowledge of CRM systems (training will be provided). QualificationGraduate in any stream (IT/Computer/Business preferred). Certification in Computer Applications/Graphics/HR will be an added advantage.
