Job Purpose:

  • The HR Manager will manage HR operations, compliance, payroll, recruitment, employee engagement, and site coordination with teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Management

  • Ensure timely monthly compliance with clients.
  • Monitor wages and subcontractor payments. Enforce statutory deductions.
  • Manage PF & ESI filings,
  • Clear HR holds, and maintain labour licences and renewals.

Vehicles & Insurance Management :

  • Manage vehicle insurance, claims, and renewals.
  • Track vehicles and movable assets across sites. Maintain tax, fitness, permits, and original RC documents.

Payroll:

  • Oversee employee attendance, leaves, salary.
  • F&F settlements, advances. onboarding, HRMS updates, asset tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelors degree
