Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager based in Siliguri. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment and selection processes, implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Additional responsibilities include performance management, conducting employee training, handling payroll and benefits administration, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and talent acquisition processes
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, performance management, and compliance practices
• Experience in training and development, payroll management, and benefits administration
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software, tools, and employee management systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role within a fast-paced environment
