Job Description

As an HR Manager (Generalist) with 23 years of experience in the IT sector, your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, handling employee onboarding and documentation, maintaining employee records, leave management, and Accounts updates. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and timely updating performance review cycles and feedback documentation. You will address employee queries ensuring timely resolution and collaborate with Accounts for ESI, PF, and other GST formalities. Your responsibilities in Administration will include overseeing office facility management and daily admin operations, coordinating procurement and stocks of office supplies and IT assets, managing vendor relationships and service contracts, and ensuring implementation of workplace policies and safety compliance. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 23 years of relevant experience in HR roles within the IT industry. - Working knowledge of HR software/tools and MS Office. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. The company is offering a Full-time, Permanent position with a Day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, located in person. The benefits include paid sick time.
