Job Description

As an HR Manager at our organization located in Vadodara, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions to ensure the effective management of our human resources. Your primary responsibilities will include talent acquisition, learning and development, talent retention, performance appraisal, compensation benchmarking, administration, creating HR policies, employee welfare policies and activities, legal compliances, employee relations, legal matters pertaining to HR, and employee benefit insurance policies. In talent acquisition, you will be developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for both domestic and international positions. This involves conducting interviews, assessing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and building relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals. For learning and development, you will identify training needs, develop training programs, and conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements. In talent retention, you will develop strategies to improve employee engagement and retention, conduct exit interviews, and recommend initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing performance appraisal systems, conducting performance evaluations, monitoring employee performance, and providing feedback and coaching. Additionally, you will conduct market research to determine competitive compensation and benefits packages, benchmark the organization's compensation structure, and make recommendations for adjustments to ensure competitiveness and fairness. Your role will also involve overseeing HR administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies, handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions, and developing and updating HR policies and procedures. To be successful in this role, you should have an MBA in HR or a related field, a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in HR management with HRMS implementation experience, strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Gujarati language knowledge is a must), proven leadership abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
