We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Bangalore and take charge of core HR functions including attendance, payroll, performance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage attendance and leave policies, ensuring accurate time tracking and reporting.
• Oversee payroll processing and salary disbursement in coordination with accounts.
• Implement and monitor performance management systems (KPIs, appraisals, feedback cycles).
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and grievance redressal.
• Maintain statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, gratuity, and labor laws.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and exit formalities with department heads.
• Monitor daily tasks and productivity tracking systems for employees.
• Partner with leadership to align HR practices with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resource Management / MBA-HR or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in HR with proven expertise in attendance, payroll, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of HR statutory compliance and labor laws.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/payroll software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
