Your responsibilities will include: Financial Strategy and Planning : Develop and implement financial strategies that align with Rooman's long-term growth objectives, including preparing for the SME IPO. Accounting and Financial Reporting : Ensure accounts are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with statutory regulations. Lead the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports. Statutory Filings and Compliance : Oversee all statutory filings, ensuring timely compliance with government regulations and financial reporting standards. Investor Relations : Interact with investors and provide regular updates on financial performance, projections, and investment strategies. Government Liaison : Attend and respond to queries from government agencies, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Payment Receivables Management : Oversee the management of payment receivables, ensuring timely collections and minimizing outstanding balances. Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance within the finance department. Qualifications and Skills: · Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) or CMA (Cost Management Accountant) with a strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and tax laws. Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive, ideally in a growing technology or services company. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws. Experience in preparing for and managing IPO processes, including SME IPO. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work closely with the CEO, Board, and other executives.
