What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end recruitment & workforce planning.
Manage onboarding, induction, and employee engagement programs.
Drive training, development, and performance management initiatives.
Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and HR policy development.
Promote diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI) & employee wellness.
Handle HR analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR/Business Administration (or related).
2+ years HR experience (tech sector preferred).
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices & HRMS tools.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
