Job Description:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding

 Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the

plastic PET manufacturing industry.

 Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and

hiring candidates for various positions (Skilled & Unskilled)

 Conduct employee onboarding, including orientation sessions and

documentation.

  • Employee Relations

 Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts.

 Deal with Unskilled labor and maintain a smooth relation with them.

  • Attendance and Payroll Management

 Monitor and manage daily attendance records for factory employees.

 Coordinate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely salary

Disbursements.

  • Performance Management System

 Coordinate the performance appraisal process, including goal setting and

performance reviews.

 Assist in identifying training and development needs based on performance

evaluations.

 Maintain accurate performance records and provide reports to management as

needed.

  • Team Management

 Lead and motivate a team of floor staff, including machine operators, weavers,

and helpers, to achieve production targets and quality objectives.

 Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

among the floor team members.

  • HR Administration

 Manage employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave

records.

 Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations regarding working

hours, wages, and benefits.

  • Compliance and Legal Requirements

 Stay updated on labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

 Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, attendance, and

performance reviews.

 Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

  • Office Administration

 Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office maintenance,

supplies management, and facility upkeep.

 Ensure that all office equipment is functioning properly and coordinate

repairs as needed.

  • Health & Safety

 Assist in conducting safety training programs for labour.

 Assist them to create a safety banner and guide them according this.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
