Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy and ensuring that our workforce is motivated, engaged, and aligned with the company’s goals. This position requires a strong understanding of HR systems and processes, as well as excellent communication and supervisory skills. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews using ATS systems such as Taleo and Workday. Supervise the HR team to ensure effective delivery of services and support to employees. Oversee employee onboarding and training programmes to enhance staff development. Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS system and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Conduct data analysis to identify trends in employee performance and engagement levels. Facilitate effective communication between management and employees to address concerns and foster a positive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while implementing best practices in human resources management. Qualifications Proven experience in a Human Resources management role with a solid understanding of HR practices. Proficiency in using HR software such as PeopleSoft, Workday, or similar systems. Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and inform decision-making processes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels. Experience in supervising teams and managing personnel effectively. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Taleo is highly desirable. A relevant degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
