Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for oil & gas industry, including talent acquisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates in the market.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on candidate selection criteria.
Conduct headhunting exercises to identify key skills and expertise required by the organization.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during all stages of recruitment.
