The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing HR operations in the apparel/textile industry with 10+ years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end HR functions with a focus on manpower management in the garment industry. Handle workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and statutory compliance. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals. Foster a positive work culture and effectively address employee grievances. Ensure compliance with labour laws, industry regulations, and internal policies. Provide strategic HR leadership and ensure smooth operational execution. Requirements: Education: Postgraduate degree in HR / IR / PM / MBA-HR / MSW / MLM (Regular courses only).
