Job Title:

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned
Assistant General Manager Administration
to lead and manage all administrative functions at our
Bhavani unit
.
The role includes oversight of
security, transport, canteen, housekeeping and facility management

in

garments/textile manufacturing environment
.

Candidates only from Erode, Namakkal, Salem, Coimbatore or Tirupur will be considered. Candidates from other districts will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all administrative operations:
Security, Transport, Canteen, Housekeeping, Facility Management
Manage
Employees Hostel
Manage the entire
transport fleet
: passenger vehicles, cars, and goods vehicles
Manage vendors, service agreements & ensure quality standards
Monitor & optimize budgets for cost efficiency
Ensure workplace safety, statutory compliance & housekeeping standards
Lead
security operations
: surveillance, emergency protocols, team management, incident reporting
Mentor & lead the administrative team for high performance
Collaborate with management & HODs to meet operational goals
Prepare MIS reports and Improve admin performance

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Administration / Transport Management / related field
Minimum
10+ years
in factory administration (garments/textile preferred)
Strong leadership & communication skills
In-depth knowledge of
vendor management, facilities, compliance
Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and ensure operational excellence
