  • Ensure HR generalist activities, PF act & learning .
  • Position Overview:
  • The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business goals. This includes talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, training, and employee relations. The role is both strategic and hands-on, supporting plant as well as corporate HR functions.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff and workmen categories.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower needs and ensure timely hiring.
  • Implement onboarding and induction programs.
  • 2. Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Maintain harmonious industrial relations at the plant and corporate level.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions as per company policy.
  • Drive engagement activities, communication forums, and feedback mechanisms.
  • 3. Performance Management
  • Facilitate the annual performance appraisal process (KRA setting, review, feedback).
  • Work with leadership teams to identify and nurture high performers.
  • 4. Training & Development
  • Identify training needs across functions and coordinate learning programs.
  • Implement skill enhancement and behavioral training initiatives.
  • 5. HR Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure statutory compliance under labour laws (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.).
  • Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave systems.
  • 6. Policy Implementation & Process Improvement
  • Review and update HR policies as per company standards and legal updates.
  • Lead HR audits and drive best practices in HR operations.
  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • 10 -17 years of experience in HR, preferably in automotive / manufacturing / engineering industry.
  • Experience in both plant HR and corporate HR functions preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance.
  • Key Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Hands-on with MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Leadership and team management capability.
  • High integrity and employee-centric approach.
