1. Quality Monitoring & Auditing Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, kitchens, and back-of-house areas. Use checklists to evaluate cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality. Report non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions with respective departments. Verify that all hotel areas meet brand and hygiene standards. Monitor guest reviews on online platforms and internal feedback systems. Identify recurring issues and suggest preventive measures Assist in resolving guest complaints related to service quality. Support initiatives to improve guest satisfaction scores (GSS/NPS). Ensure adherence to FSSAI, HACCP, and local health & safety regulations. Check food handling, storage, and preparation areas for compliance. Work with the kitchen and housekeeping teams to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
