Job Description

  • End-to-End Recruitment

    Managing the complete hiring lifecyclefrom identifying manpower requirements, preparing job descriptions, posting vacancies, and sourcing candidates, to conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, negotiating offers, and issuing appointment letters. Ensures the right talent is hired efficiently and in line with organizational needs.
  • Onboarding

    Designing and executing a structured process to integrate new employees into the company. This includes conducting induction programs, completing joining formalities, issuing ID cards and system access, familiarizing new hires with company policies, culture, and values, and assigning mentors or buddies for smoother adjustment.
  • Performance Appraisal

    Developing and implementing performance management systems. This involves setting Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conducting periodic reviews, organizing feedback sessions, and linking appraisal outcomes to promotions, increments, training, and career development opportunities.
  • Employee Grievance Handling

    Establishing mechanisms for employees to voice concerns related to workplace conditions, discrimination, harassment, or policy disputes. Managing grievance redressal through structured processes, maintaining confidentiality, ensuring compliance with laws (like POSH Act), and resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Payroll Processing

    Administering accurate and timely salary processing. This includes maintaining attendance and leave records, calculating deductions and incentives, ensuring statutory compliance with PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, and bonus, generating payslips, and managing reimbursement claims.
  • Formulating HR Policies

    Drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws, organizational goals, and industry best practices. Policies may cover areas like leave management, code of conduct, diversity and inclusion, disciplinary actions, promotions, training, and flexible working arrangements.
  • Handling Employee Exits

    Managing the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, ensuring clearance of dues, collecting company property, issuing relieving and experience letters, and analyzing feedback for retention improvements. Ensures a smooth and respectful separation while maintaining compliance and protecting organizational interests.
  • Vendor Management

    Coordinating with third-party service providers such as recruitment agencies, training consultants, canteen services, housekeeping, or facility management vendors. Responsibilities include vendor selection, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and ensuring service quality as per agreed terms.
  • Organizing and Handling Admin Work

    Overseeing day-to-day administrative activities such as office maintenance, facility management, travel arrangements, event coordination, procurement of office supplies, managing security and housekeeping staff, and ensuring smooth business operations. Plays a key role in employee welfare and workplace efficiency.
