HR Manager

real estate HR Manager oversees all human resources functions within a real estate company, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role involves recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. The manager also focuses on employee engagement, retention, and career growth, while contributing to a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding:Managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to hiring, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
• Performance Management:Developing and implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and identifying training needs.
• Training and Development:Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and supporting career development initiatives.
• Employee Relations:Addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering positive employee relations.
• Compliance:Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Compensation and Benefits:Managing compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market trends.
• HR Strategy and Policy:Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• HR Operations:Managing HRIS, payroll, employee data, and other HR administrative tasks.
• Employee Engagement:Implementing initiatives to promote employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
• Reporting and Analysis:Generating HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and operational improvements.
• Strategic Guidance:Providing HR guidance to senior management and acting as a strategic partner in business planning.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
