Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the EdTech market, including partnerships and collaborations.
Sales Execution: Lead and participate in sales activities, including presentations, product demonstrations, and closing deals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in educational institutions and other relevant organizations.
Sales Operations: Oversee sales processes, analyze sales data, and ensure efficient and effective sales operations.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
Travel Requirements: This role requires frequent travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.
