Job Overview:
Responsible for end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, compliance (PF/ESIC/PT), employee documentation, grievance handling, leave management, policy implementation, and statutory compliance. Manages employee relations, performance issues, and acts as POSH committee head. Ensures smooth HR processes and supports business objectives for the organization
Key Responsibilities
· Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Recruit Telecallers, Team Leaders, and Operations staff for call centers; manage the end-to-end hiring process including issuing offer letters, contracts, and promotion/increment letters. Ensure seamless onboarding and induction for new hires.
· Attendance & Payroll Management:
Maintain accurate attendance records through trackers or HRMS; compute payroll for business and operations teams, including all statutory deductions (PF/ESIC/PT) and bonuses. Liaise with finance and consultants for timely salary disbursement and compliance filings.
· Employee Documentation:
Collect, verify, and securely store all employee joining documents as per company checklist. Maintain up-to-date digital and physical employee records.
· Grievance & Performance Management:
Address day-to-day employee complaints and performance issues within the operations team. Facilitate fair and timely resolution of grievances, maintaining comprehensive documentation.
· Leave & Policy Administration:
Oversee leave management systems, ensuring accurate tracking and policy compliance. Communicate HR policies and ensure adherence across teams.
· Insurance & Benefits Management:
Administer the employee insurance portal, including timely addition and removal of employees and coordination with insurance providers.
· Statutory Compliance:
Maintain detailed records for PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax. Share monthly data with consultants and ensure all statutory filings are completed on time.
· POSH Committee Leadership:
Serve as the Head of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Committee. Maintain all related documentation and ensure compliance with legal and company standards for a safe workplace.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume operations environment.
· Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
· Proficiency in HRMS, attendance, and payroll software.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Experience with grievance handling and POSH compliance is an advantage.
