Job Summary

The HR Manager oversees all aspects of human resource practices and processes. The role ensures a productive, compliant, and engaging workplace by managing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, payroll, training, and policy implementation. This position acts as a strategic business partner to management while supporting a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, selection, onboarding, and induction.
  • Design and oversee employee performance review systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employee welfare, and company policies.
  • Develop and manage HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Plan and coordinate training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and wellness programs.
  • Maintain accurate HR metrics and reports (attendance, attrition, payroll, etc.).
  • Support manpower planning and workforce budgeting.
  • Liaise with external partners such as recruiters, consultants, and statutory compliance agencies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–10 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, compensation & benefits, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS or ERP platforms (SAP, Zoho, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹15,296.08 - ₹51,625.68 per month
