Junior Finance Executive

Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Finance Executive to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for handling day-to-day finance operations, vendor coordination, payroll support, invoicing, and compliance-related activities. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners (including our CA) to ensure smooth financial functioning across the organization. Key Responsibilities Calculate and manage monthly payroll payouts Handle vendor payments and maintain related documentation Manage and track sales invoicing and follow-ups Coordinate with CA for monthly filings and compliance Oversee PF/ESIC monthly filings and ensure timely submissions Monitor and manage internal expenses across different functions Maintain accurate records of financial transactions Create and update regular financial reports and dashboards as required Requirements Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field 1–2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role Strong understanding of payroll, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance Familiarity with PF/ESIC and basic HR-finance coordination Proficiency in Excel and accounting software/tools Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
