Junior Finance Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling day-to-day Sales invoicing operations, coordinating with Points of Contact (POCs) for invoicing data, accurately generating invoices, mailing them to customers, and other related tasks. Additionally, you will manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain the general ledger, and perform reconciliations while ensuring compliance with general accounting principles and applicable TDS regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with POCs for invoicing data - Generate invoices accurately and in a timely manner - Handle day-to-day accounting operations - Maintain the general ledger - Perform reconciliations - Ensure compliance with accounting principles and TDS regulations Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of Sales Invoicing, Expense booking, TDS, and accounting principles - Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, and other advanced formulas - Familiarity with cloud-based accounting software, with a preference for Zoho Books - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent attention to detail and time management - Highly motivated and willing to put in extra effort when necessary Additional Details: Experience in a CA firm will be highly preferred for this role. The ideal candidate should be able to join immediately or within 15 days. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach are also preferred qualities.,
