Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Manager with 2–3 years of experience to oversee and enhance our HR operations. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management, ensuring alignment with the company’s culture and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Handle payroll management, attendance, and statutory compliance.
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives, rewards & recognition programs.
  • Drive performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Collaborate with leadership to plan workforce strategies and training needs.
  • Support organizational development, culture-building, and retention strategies.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in HR, or equivalent qualification.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in HR management (preferably in IT/Tech sector).
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRMS/HR software and MS Office tools.
