Timing: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for weaving and allied departments
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines
• Conduct interviews, onboarding, and induction programs
• Payroll Management
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Handle salary revisions, incentives, and statutory deductions
• Statutory Compliance
• Administer and ensure compliance with ESI, EPF, and other labor laws
• Maintain records and liaise with government authorities
• Legal & Industrial Relations
• Handle labor law compliance, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions
• Represent the company in labor inspections and audits
• Employee Engagement & Welfare
• Organize welfare activities, training programs, and employee feedback initiatives
• Promote a positive work culture and retention strategies
• HR Operations & Documentation
• Maintain employee records, HRIS systems, and MIS reporting
• Draft HR policies and ensure adherence across departments

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree MSW in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in textile/weaving/manufacturing industries
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multi-level workforce and union interactions
• Hindi language proficiency is an added advantage for workforce communication
