Job Description

Position Title: Home Textile Weaving Production Supervisor
Department: Weaving Operations
Reporting To: Weaving Manager / Unit Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily weaving production activities to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Monitor loom performance, fabric quality, and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain shift-wise production records and ensure timely reporting.
• Train and guide operators for optimal machine handling and output.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualification:

• Diploma in Textile Technology or any relevant basic qualification.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years in weaving production, preferably in home textiles. fresh candidate also can apply.

Shift Timing:

• 8 hours per shift (rotational or fixed as per unit requirement).

• LS Mills Limited, Theni District, Tamil Nadu
