Qualification: Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field Location: Hyderabad Experience: 5 to 10 Years Required: Male or Female Note: Preferably with experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or Eng. consulting environment. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all technical and non-technical positions, with a strong focus on engineering roles. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber technical candidates. Manage the entire monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and resolution of employee queries. Ensure full compliance with all statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, PT, and other applicable labor laws, and handle all related filings and returns. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a positive and productive work environment. Manage employee relations, address grievances, and organize employee engagement initiatives. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and assist with performance management programs. Requirements: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist or similar role. Demonstrated, hands-on experience in technical recruitment. Thorough knowledge of Indian payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.), and labor laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
