Job Summary

The HR and Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and human resources functions of the company. This role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, and optimizing operational processes to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of both HR best practices and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR)

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer letters.
  • Develop and execute a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the company culture and have all the necessary tools and information to succeed.
  • Employee Relations and Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflicts, fostering a positive and healthy work environment.
  • Administer performance management systems, including performance reviews, feedback sessions, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Manage the administration of payroll, benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans), and leave management.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Develop, implement, and update company policies and procedures in the employee handbook.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training and development programs for employees and managers.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, Operations Manager, or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures, including compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state labor laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • A professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
