Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Preferred: Experience in HR management within the hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Preferred: Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI) to underline a commitment to ongoing professional development.
