HR Manager

1. Recruitment & OnboardingManage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and offer letters. Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires. 2. Employee RelationsServe as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Foster a positive and respectful workplace culture. Resolve workplace conflicts and mediate disputes. 3. Policy Development & ComplianceDevelop and update HR policies and employee handbook. Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Maintain employee records and handle audits. 4. Performance ManagementImplement performance appraisal systems. Assist managers in setting KPIs and conducting regular evaluations. Address performance-related issues professionally. 5. Training & DevelopmentIdentify employee training needs and organize development programs. Coordinate internal or external training sessions and workshops. 6. Payroll & Benefits AdministrationCoordinate with finance for salary processing. Manage attendance, leaves, and benefits programs (health, insurance, etc.). 7. HR Analytics & ReportingTrack HR metrics like turnover rates, retention, absenteeism, etc. Prepare and submit HR reports to management. Key Skills Required:Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities Organizational and time management skills Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Zoho People, SAP, BambooHR, etc.) Ethical and confidential handling of sensitive information Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in HR roles (for managerial level) Certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar (preferred)
