The ideal candidate will bring hospitality HR experience, strong people skills, and an ability to align HR strategy with business goals. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for hotel staff. Drive employee training, engagement, and retention programs. Handle payroll, attendance, and HR documentation. Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies. Support department heads with performance reviews and workforce planning. Maintain positive employee relations and handle grievances professionally. Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or Business Management. 5+ years of HR experience (hospitality preferred). Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Knowledge of HR laws, recruitment, and performance management. Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
