Job Description

Position Summary:

The HR Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support to the organization. This includes managing various HR functions, such as recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, Payroll, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy and procedure development. The HR Specialist ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, and serves as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Managing HR administrative tasks, such as preparing employment contracts, processing payroll, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining HR documentation and records.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions.
  • Provide guidance and interpretation on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws to employees and management.
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
  • Manage employee data and HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review and decision-making.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, laws, and regulations, and recommend updates to HR policies and procedures as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

Preferred:

  • Candidate should have Proven 5 to 7 Years experience as an HR Manager.
  • Candidates should be a Permanent Resident of Delhi / NCR able to commute to office within 30 mins to our office in Kailash Colony South Delhi.
  • Working Days: Mon to Sat.
  • Working Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
