The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in human resources management, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws in the country. This role involves developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in HR management or related field. Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation in India. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., ATS, HRIS). Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and ethically. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions based on data and analytics.
