We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions and ensuring alignment with our business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of HR practices who can drive performance and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program to ensure competitive compensation.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in human resources management or related field.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in India.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
