HR Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly capable HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Nurture a positive working environment. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Prepare and submit reports on general HR activity. Coordinate training and development programs. Requirements and Skills: Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (5+ years preferred). In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Experience with HR metrics and HR software (e.g., HRIS or HRMS). Strong leadership and people skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
