Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles, comfortable working with numbers, and able to handle financial records with confidentiality and integrity. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records and ledgers. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries. Reconcile bank statements and company accounts. Assist with the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.). Support in audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors. Monitor accounts payable and receivable. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Maintain organized financial documentation for easy access and reference. Requirements: Bachelor’s/ Mater's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience (3-5 years) as an Accounts Executive or similar role. Knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.). Strong MS Excel skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Fixed shift Work Location: In person
