Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources within our institution. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the educational sector, with proven expertise in payroll management, HR operations, employee relations, and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual who can foster a positive work culture and ensure smooth HR operations aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end payroll process, including salary disbursement, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, etc.), and employee reimbursements.

· Handle HR operations such as onboarding, induction, exit formalities, attendance, and leave management.

· Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with institutional needs.

· Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution to maintain a healthy workplace culture.

· Support recruitment and selection processes for academic and non-academic staff.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and institutional policies.

· Maintain and analyze HR metrics (attrition, retention, payroll costs, etc.) for decision-making.

· Act as a point of contact between management and employees, ensuring effective communication and engagement.

· Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.

Key Requirements:

· MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

· 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years in the educational sector (schools, colleges, universities, or training institutes).

· Strong expertise in Payroll Management and statutory compliance.

· Excellent knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.

· Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
