About the Company:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function and drive a culture of performance, engagement, and compliance across all business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Management:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to management on HR policies and workforce planning.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Design effective sourcing and retention strategies to attract top talent.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and handle grievance management effectively.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and recognition programs.
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems (KPIs, KRAs, etc.).
  • Support managers in goal setting, evaluation, and performance improvement.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify skill gaps and design training programs for professional growth.
  • Coordinate external and internal learning initiatives.
  • Compliance & Payroll:
  • Ensure statutory compliance related to ESI, PF, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and Labour Laws.
  • Oversee payroll processing and maintain HR documentation and MIS reports.
  • Policy & Process Management:
  • Formulate, review, and update HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs.
  • Maintain HR audit readiness and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, HR operations, and talent management practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Competitive salary package based on experience and industry standards.
